2. Coaching services; not medical treatment

Coaching provided through cloudhiftxt.com is fitness and wellness guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, medications, or treatment needs.

3. Pre-contract information and contract terms

If you purchase services online, you will be provided with the required pre-contract information enabling us to be identified and describing the contract/service conditions before you place an order. We will also ensure you can access the contract terms in a place that allows review before you order. These requirements follow: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

4. Enrollment, fees, and payment

• Program availability, pricing, and schedule are shown on the website at the time you enroll.
• You agree to pay all fees associated with the selected coaching services.
• If a payment fails, we may not be able to enroll you until payment is successful.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the specific offer you select. The relevant policy is provided during enrollment and/or in the service details shown before you confirm an order. Where applicable, statutory consumer rights under Ukrainian law may apply. For online consumer service transactions, the required contract/service conditions are provided before ordering as referenced in: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів" від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

6. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cloudhiftxt.com and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our coaching guidance depends on your participation, adherence, and individual circumstances. You are responsible for how you implement recommendations and for seeking professional medical advice when needed.

7. Electronic communications and marketing messages
